This course aims at providing the students with an introduction to biological networks and to gain some first experience in dealing with such networks.
Within the scope of this course, prevalent tools for the study of biological networks are to be introduced. Further on, first practical experience an applying these techniques shall be gained by the participants: The focus of this course is on the use of bioinformatics tools on gene interaction and protein interaction networks.
